Hottest GTA V rumors on eve of official trailer release

Let’s talk about what GTA V is going to be. It’s going to have multiple playable characters. Everyone is saying it and based on indicators, it just makes sense. Afterall, Grand Theft Auto 5 should be an evolution and having different characters to play in the same game is a real evolution. Imagine how that could expand playability. That’s pretty crazy if you think about it that way.

Of course the biggest and most anticipated news is the location or GTA V city. Again, based on rumors and speculation only, people are expecting a Los Angeles location. San Andreas had some real positives in the past and certainly it’s possible that San Andreas 2 could be in the works here. Thing is, would Rockstar have LA Noire and then a game based in Los Angeles with GTA V?

Pre Order GTA 5 Starts Now – October 26, 2011

Can you believe this? We can’t. In fact I don’t think anyone else has broken this story. We feel that we’re the first to report the pre order Grand Theft Auto 5 has begun. How the heck can this happen? The official trailer release isn’t even until November 2, 2011! Well whatever the case you can now preorder GTA 5 at Amazon.com starting today. You can pre order for Playstation 3 or Xbox 360. No word on a PC version or a version made for tablets like the iPad. We’re certain all platforms will have a GTA 5 release.

So this puzzling development has us wondering one thing. When the heck is this game going to be released? I suppose it’s possible a spring 2012 release, but there are other video game release conflicts. Add to this the fact that recent video games have been having pre orders earlier and earlier. Is a year a stretch? Possible but we’re talking about #1 or #2 video game series on the planet.

GTA 5 is official – trailer coming November 2, 2011

Well we called it. It’s now the splash page on the Rockstar website. No, we didn’t make the image up. So there is nothing else to this day. It’s huge in that we have something solid. It also strongly indicates a Fall 2012 release date, likely in October 2012. E3 should have some amazing GTA 5 content. We don’t know the city just yet and heck we don’t even know the official name. We have the logo and the GTA 5 trailer date so let’s just rejoice those goodies for now!

It’s not GTA 5 buyt GTA 3 is coming to a tablet or phone near you!

There isn’t much news about GTA 5 these days, but there is some GTA news. This is amazing news! GTA 3 is being released onto the iOS and Android systems. That means your smartphone and or tablet will have Grand Theft Auto 3. How exciting is that? Pretty cool in our mind. Apparently it’s coming “later this fall” and said on the official website.

The list of current supported devices includes:

Apple iOS Devices: iPad 2, iPhone 4S
Android Phones: Droid X2, HTC Evo 2, LG Optimus 2X, Motorola Atrix, Samsung Galaxy S2
Android Tablets: Acer Iconia, Asus Eee Pad, Motorola Xoom, Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1

How this GTA 3 Anniversary might mean GTA 5 news is coming? From a marketing perspective, releasing this GTA 3 on mobile devices will get the Grand Theft Auto series back in the press. The buzz for GTA will start up. If you think about it, there has been nothing exciting regarding this franchise for a long while. Getting back on the minds of gamers is what this move accomplishes. With the timing, it certainly makes sense if you believe that the Fall 2012 will be when GTA 5 is released. The timing is good, this game will be good, and now we just need something official about GTA 5. We hope that announcement comes on the heels of this mobile GTA game release.
